Total Sediment Tester by Zematra B.V.

The Zematra Total Sediment Tester is an advanced device designed to quantify insoluble substances in both distillate and residual fuel oils. It adheres to the standards set by ASTM D4870, IP375, and ISO 10307. This bench model is available in two, four, or six-position configurations and is equipped with a vacuum circuit, complete with a gauge and a cooling/heating system to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
The tester can determine total sediment content up to 0.40% m/m for distillate fuels and 0.50% m/m for residual fuels, covering a viscosity range of up to 55 cSt at 100°C. To enhance testing capabilities, optional accessories like sintered brass discs that support the microfiber filters are available. Additionally, we provide complementary equipment such as a vacuum pump, steam generator, waste container, thermometer, and balance, creating a complete testing system.
To meet specific testing needs, we offer a separate aging bath for thermal sample treatment, following test method guidelines. Available in six or fifteen positions, it allows efficient, simultaneous processing of multiple samples.

YTD-3 Ferrous Debris Monitor Yateks

The YTD-3 Ferrous Debris Monitor provides rapid, quantitative analysis of ferromagnetic wear particles in oil by measuring the PQ index—a dimensionless value indicating particle content and size. Highly sensitive to larger particles, it complements elemental analysis to enhance fault detection.
The device features an intuitive interface, allowing users to choose detection methods, name data, or use default settings for quick analysis. Results are displayed in real time during testing. Samples are measured in a 4.5 ml special oil sample container with a matching conversion ring.
